Create bookcases and set how many shelves each has.
Enter your 4-digit PIN on the login screen. A lyric greets you each visit and rotates automatically.
Install as an app On Android or desktop, open the archive in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu, and choose Add to Home Screen or Install App. On iPhone, open it in Safari, tap Share, then choose Add to Home Screen.

Three modes at the top — tap to switch between them.
Scan Point your camera at any CD, vinyl, cassette, DVD, or VHS barcode. The app reads it automatically and shows a preview card. Tap Save to add it to your collection, Edit to make corrections first, or Clear to scan something else.
Search Can't scan? Type the title or artist name. Choose Music or DVD/Movie, then By Title or By Artist, and tap Go. Results appear with thumbnails — tap one to fill the form automatically.
Manual Fill in everything yourself. The Genre field suggests options as you type. The Artist label changes to "Lead Actor" when you pick DVD or VHS.
Collection Tab
Your entire archive organized by genre. Tap a genre to expand it and see everything inside.
Search Type anything in the search bar — it searches title, artist, genre, and more at the same time.
Sort Tap A→Z to flip the order of both genre headers and items inside each group.
Filter Tap Filter to narrow down by first letter (A, B, C…) or media type (CD, Vinyl, DVD…). An orange dot appears when a filter is active. Tap Reset to clear it.
Show more Genres with more items than your limit show a "Show X more" button at the bottom. Tap it to see everything, tap "Show less" to collapse.
Edit a record Tap any item to open its detail view. Tap Edit to change any field right there — no need to go back to the Add tab.
Stats Tab
A live snapshot of your collection — total items, unique artists, how many you've added this month, number of genres, plus bar charts by media type, top genres, and bookcase whenever locations are being used.
Settings Tab
Quick PIN Set a 4-digit shortcut for this device after you've signed in by email. It makes trusted-device return faster, but it is not your account password.
Export CSV Download your entire collection as a spreadsheet file.
Items per genre Choose how many items show inside each genre before a "Show more" button appears. Options: 5, 10, 15, 20, or 25.
Where Data Lives
Everything is saved to a private database in the cloud. Your collection is safe even if you switch phones, clear your browser, or use a different device — just open the URL and log in.
