Enter your 4-digit PIN on the login screen. A lyric from your collection greets you each visit — these rotate from lyrics you add in Settings.

Three modes at the top — tap to switch between them.
Scan Point your camera at any CD, vinyl, cassette, DVD, or VHS barcode. The app reads it automatically and shows a preview card. Tap Save to add it to your collection, Edit to make corrections first, or Clear to scan something else.
Search Can't scan? Type the title or artist name. Choose Music or DVD/Movie, then By Title or By Artist, and tap Go. Results appear with thumbnails — tap one to fill the form automatically.
Manual Fill in everything yourself. The Genre field suggests options as you type. The Artist label changes to "Lead Actor" when you pick DVD or VHS.
Collection Tab
Your entire archive organized by genre. Tap a genre to expand it and see everything inside.
Search Type anything in the search bar — it searches title, artist, genre, and more at the same time.
Sort Tap A→Z to flip the order of both genre headers and items inside each group.
Filter Tap Filter to narrow down by first letter (A, B, C…) or media type (CD, Vinyl, DVD…). An orange dot appears when a filter is active. Tap Reset to clear it.
Show more Genres with more items than your limit show a "Show X more" button at the bottom. Tap it to see everything, tap "Show less" to collapse.
Edit a record Tap any item to open its detail view. Tap Edit to change any field right there — no need to go back to the Add tab.
Stats Tab
A live snapshot of your collection — total items, unique artists, how many you've added this month, number of genres, and bar charts breaking everything down by media type and top genres.
Settings Tab
Owner PIN Change your personal PIN. You'll enter it twice to confirm.
Guest PIN Set a separate PIN for friends or family. They get read-only access — they can browse and search but can't add, edit, or delete anything. Remove it anytime to revoke access.
Export CSV Download your entire collection as a spreadsheet file.
Rotating Lyrics Add lyrics from your collection to rotate on the login screen. Paste the lyric text and the source (e.g. "Purple Rain · Prince") and tap Add.
Items per genre Choose how many items show inside each genre before a "Show more" button appears. Options: 5, 10, 15, 20, or 25.
Clear Cache If an update isn't showing, tap this to wipe the old version and reload fresh.
Install on Your Phone
Open the app in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu, and choose Add to Home Screen. It installs like a real app with its own icon — no app store needed.
Where Data Lives
Everything is saved to a private database in the cloud. Your collection is safe even if you switch phones, clear your browser, or use a different device — just open the URL and log in.
